DIY: Twine Vase

It’s been too long, far too long.  I apologize to those of you who have been checking in, checking to see new posts, with little success.  Personally, I have had a hard fall, and have been having to take some time to re-evaluate many things, and have not had the time to work on many of my DIY projects and updating this blog.  But, I hope to be back posting often and hope you enjoy what I have to share.  Blessings to you!

DIY: Twine Vase

How many of you have a zillion glass vases around your house? Many that are similar, the standard floral arrangement vase, and don’t know what to do with them?  Today I was cleaning up my cupboard and realized that I have 3 that look almost identical, so decided to change one up.

I had a ball of thick hemp at home and got out my trusty glue gun.  Starting at the bottom and wrapping around and around, I started attaching the hemp to the vase.  It took about 45minutes to complete, as its a little tedious and takes longer than you’d expect. But is totally worth it.

It will go well with my christmas decor, but will be awesome year round!!
